Job Description
  • As a Business Leader uphold Core Values of nanoPix all the time.
  • Drive business objectives of nanoPix ( Revenue, Profitability, and Positioning)
  • Identifying and developing markets, customers and partners.
  • Responsible for driving complete sales cycle – Revenue, Profits, Customer engagement, pricing strategies among others.
  • Build strong relationship and trust among customers and be a brand ambassador of value proposition offered by the company.
  • Mentor and drive complete sales team across geographies
  • Handle any other related responsibility as required by the organization.

Candidate Profile

    We are looking for a leader who inspires trust and confidence; result oriented with excellent communication and customer management skills.

  • Business leader with a proven track record and has a minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in capital products. An experience of selling capital products is a must.
  • Excellent customer engagement and sales skills. Believes in the values of Non-Manipulative sales and creating value to customers.
  • Commercial orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Has the ability to understand customer problems and has a solution-oriented approach in sales.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willing to travel in National and International markets extensively
  • Knowledge of Cashew Industry, Understanding of African and South East Asian Markets will be an added advantage.
