K Balasubramaniam
(Technical Advisor)
With over five decades’ work experience in the engineering industry, K Balasubramaniam is our advisor on technical affairs. His expertise on a host of issues — be it manufacturing or equipment maintenance — helps us make critical decisions. He has worked with Indian and international conglomerates; from TVS, Royal Enfield to Greaves Cotton Limited and other British and German service engineering companies. Amongst his specializations are service engineering, maintenance and servicing of engines, technical and construction equipment.
Venkataraman T S
(Financial Advisor)
Venkataraman, a veteran in all affairs relating to money is our financial advisor. He has in-depth experience in company affairs, gained from his stints in companies spanning various sectors over his four-decade career. His expertise also extends to finance, accounts, direct and indirect taxes, corporate governance, company law, statutory compliance, banking, corporate and VC funding.
V Krishnamoorthy
He is the motivating force behind the success story of nanoPix . He is the Advisor and also early investor of nanoPix. He holds a B.Sc degree in Physics from the University of Madras. He started his career with BHEL and held positions in various departments for 35 years with a vast Industrial experience and a specialization in the area of Non-destructive testing and Welding research.
Jayashri Murali
(Legal Advisor)
Jayashri Murali is the person whom we turn to for anything involving legalities and legalese. She and plays an active role when it comes to management advisory as well as client servicing roles. Jayashri specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint-venture agreements and technology transfer/collaboration agreements. She was associated with AZB & Partners – the second largest law firm in India. She is a law graduate from the University of Madras and is a member of the Bar Association of Karnataka since 1984.
Naveen Jha
Naveen Jha leads the Deshpande Foundation in India and furthers the foundation’s larger vision on entrepreneurship. Under his leadership, the Foundation has established programmes that better entrepreneurship and help breed innovation. He is a recipient of the prestigious Ford Foundation Fellowship (2005-07). Naveen completed His MA in international development from Brandeis University, Massachusetts, US. He also serves as board member to several other organizations.
Sharada
Sharada is co-founder of Lex-Valorem and is specialized in corporate secretarial compliances, legal documentation, tax planning, International Trade, Transfer Pricing, Intellectual Property Rights, Banking and other trade practices. She was earlier the Company Secretary of Buhler (India) Pvt. Ltd., a global technology partner for the food industry, chemical processing and die casting and many other fields. She qualified as a Company Secretary in 1991 from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and obtained a Law Degree from the University of Bangalore in the year 1992. She has completed the Fast Track General Management Program (FTGMP) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
